wonderful stay!

The location was amazing. It was perfect for exploring. the trams and train station were easily accessible. i found the room decor lovely and the bed super comfy. the staff was excellent. It's a self check-in service (and it works just fine!). they provided lots of updates and were really responsive to any questions i had.
the window was right in front of the luggage cellar, so it was a bit noisy in the early morning.

the guesthouse offers self check-in, and i received clear instructions well in advance. practical advice was provided, including where to store luggage and where to park nearby. the option to order discounted breakfast at a nearby restaurant was great.

although breakfast was not included, i appreciated the collaboration with a nearby cafe. i could have breakfast there for a reduced price (it was a good deal!). the restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating.

The beautiful double bathroom was spacious and clean. i loved that the room was very warm (needed in autumn!). the bathroom facilities were modern and well kept. Everything worked well and felt very clean.

the communication from the staff was great from the start. i received very clear instructions about entering the hotel. they provided plenty of updates, and they always responded to any questions very quickly. it all worked smoothly.

the location made it easy to walk to key attractions and public transport. st andrews square was only ten minutes away (i walked there!). many good restaurants were nearby, so i could easily get dinner.

the location was ideal. i could EASILY walk to nearby attractions. the room was also very spacious and comfortable. it had everything i needed for a pleasant stay.
The walls are quite thin. I could hear noise from other rooms. this made it a bit difficult to relax at times. the bathroom was also quite small. It felt a bit cramped. the shower pressure was inconsistent as well.

the window could only be opened a few inches due to a security strap, a little inconvenient.
